The wavelength of the optical fiber marking machine is 1064NM. At noon, it belongs to infrared light, which is very easy to cause high temperature. Some materials will cause the feeling of burning. But now the optical fiber laser marking machine is the mainstream of the market in metal material marking. The optical fiber laser marking machine on the metal will not cause any great changes to the metal surface. UV marking machine is basically suitable for production and processing of all materials except copper materials. The use of UV in metals is relatively small, the price of UV marking machine is expensive, and the power is relatively low (at present, it is mainly 3W and 5W). If the UV marking machine can achieve 10w-20w, then it is not a problem to print any materials.
The structure of the UV marking machine is the same as that of the fiber laser marking machine. The optical components of the fiber laser marking machine and the UV marking machine are not universal. The wavelength of the UV laser is 355nm, and the wavelength of the fiber laser is 1064nm. The wavelength of the UV laser is the wavelength after frequency doubling based on the 1064nm wavelength according to the technology. The technical level is higher. The galvanometer The thickness and material of the lens are different from those of the optical fiber laser marking machine, so it cannot be used universally.
